The Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) is to ease and promote the improved contribution of the construction industry of the economy and society in South Africa. It is required that all Construction Companies who want to apply for Tenders to register with them.

To apply for CIDB Registration, the following information and documents are required:

•  Company/Close Corporation Documents (we can assist here)
•  Tax Clearance Compliance Pin issued by SARS (we can assist).
•  Directors/Members Certified ID Copies
•  Share Certificates (we can assist here)
•  Recent Original Letter confirming Business Banking Details
•  CSD Number (we can assist here)

CIDB Registration takes 5-15 working days. However, If there is a delay from the Department due to excessive workload, the process could take longer.

Cost for CIDB Registration: R 1199.00
These fees above are only our service fees. Level 1 has as an additional administration fee of R450 per class payable to the CIDB.
