Full Business Package
Thank you for choosing our Full Business Package. Here’s what you need to know about this Package:
This package includes the following registrations:
- New (Pty) Ltd Company Registration
- Income Tax Registration
- Tax Clearance Certificate
- VAT Registration
- BEE- EME Affidavit Template
- PAYE Registration
- UIF Registration
- COID Registration
- Letter of Good Standing
- FREE Share Certificates
To commence with the Full Business Package Application, the following information and documents are required:
STEP 1 – New Company Registration
- Four proposed names in order of preference
- The number of directors the company will have along with their ID copies
- The postal and physical address of the company (which could be the same as your residential address)
- Company contact details (this includes email addresses and contact numbers)
- The details of the intended director/s. (this includes addresses, contact numbers and email addresses)
- A limited Power of Attorney in which you give us the authority to register a company on your behalf, signed by all intended director/s
- Percentage of Black Owned
- Percentage of Black Woman Owned
Once STEP 1 is complete, you will receive the following documents:
- A registration certificate COR 14.3
- A Notice of Incorporation COR 14.1
- Confirmation of the initial directors appointed to the company COR 14.1A
- Memorandum of incorporation (MOI) COR 15.1A
- Share Certificate
- Proof of Income Tax Registration
- Tax Clearance Certificate
- BEE-EME Affidavit
STEP 2 – Registering for VAT
Once your company is registered, you will need to open up a Business Bank Account and Provide us with the following documents and information:
- Original Letter Confirming Banking Details
- Bank Statements not older than 3 months (stamped by the bank)
- Invoices made out to the clients for more than R 50 000
- Recent Proof of Directors physical address (in the form of a Municipality Bill, Telkom Bill or Lease Agreement)
- Recent Proof of Company’s physical address (in the form of a Municipality Bill, Telkom Bill or Lease Agreement)
- Detailed description of the Business Activities
Once STEP 2 is complete, you will receive the following:
- Proof of VAT Registration
STEP 3 – Registering for PAYE, UIF Registration, Workmen’s Compensation (COID) and Letter of Good Standing
The following information and documents are required:
- PAYE Liability Date
- Number of employees
- Commencement date of each employee
- ID Copy of each employee
- Monthly Income of each employee
- Estimated Payroll for the year
- Detailed description of the Business Activities
Once STEP 3 is complete, you will receive the following documents:
- Proof of PAYE Registration
- Proof of UIF Registration
- A Notice of Assessment/ Invoice (W.As.6) – payable to the Department of Labour for your Workmen’s Compensation Registration.
- Letter of Good Standing
Timeframe for Step 1: 1-2 weeks.
Timeframe for Step 2:
- VAT Registration: 3-5 working days
Timeframe for Step 3:
- PAYE Registration: 1– 2 working days
- UIF Registration: 1 – 2 weeks
- Workmen’s Compensation: 4 – 6 weeks
- Letter of Good Standing: 1-2 working days (after completion of workmen’s compensation registration)
Note: The abovementioned timeframes are standard however if there is a delay from the relevant Departments due to excessive workload, the processes could take longer.
