Close Corporation to PTY Conversion

 To make the abovementioned conversion, the following is required:

• Signed Power of Attorney Form
• Certified ID copies of the members
• CK documents of the Close Corporation

Turnaround Time: 2-3 weeks. However, If there is a delay from CIPC due to excessive workload, the process could take longer.
